Trugrid Fibreglass Non-Conductive Ladders combine strength, safety and durability to provide a wide range of industrial ladders that have excellent insulation properties. The pultruded fibreglass stiles have been electrically tested to 90kv over a length of 300mm. The ladder stiles used on Trugrid ladders are of pultruded polyester resin and fibreglass. Long term weatherability and strength is achieved by utilising axial glass mat and a synthetic veil on the surface of the section. Each individual ladder is supplied with a certificate of compliance. Pultrusion is a continuous moulding process whereby reinforcing fibers are saturated with a liquid polymer resin and then carefully formed and pulled through a heated die to form a part. Pultrusion results in straight constant cross section parts of virtually any shippable length.
